The other day a person called me and wanted to know if he had to speak with the detective who keeps calling him.  The answer is simple--NO.  As a matter of fact, I very rarely find it helpful to have my client speak with law enforcement.  Remember, the cops want to put you in prison, and do not have your interest at heart.
